Steerable V Frame Trackless Transport Vehicle
Product Description
This trackless transport vehicle with a support and fixing device on the tabletop is specially designed for workshop transfer of irregularly shaped and heavy-duty materials such as coils, pipes, molds, and large castings. With the dual advantages of customized chemical support and flexible trackless movement, it solves problem points of workpiece shaking, slipping, and bumping in traditional handling, making heavy-duty transportation both efficient and safe.
Product Details
The worktable can be customized with V-shaped supports, guardrails, limit baffles, and anti-slip fixtures to support and secure the workpiece. Whether it's cylindrical coils like steel or aluminum coils, or long strips like steel pipes and profiles, it achieves precise fit and secure fixation, completely eliminating the safety hazards of workpiece rolling, shifting, or falling during transportation. It is especially suitable for the transfer of precision and fragile workpieces.
The worktable is made of thickened steel plate with reinforced welding technology, allowing for an overall load-bearing capacity of several tons to hundreds of tons. Combined with customized support fixtures, it evenly distributes workpiece pressure, preventing worktable deformation and workpiece impact. Meanwhile, the fixture brackets are made of alloy steel, treated for rust prevention and wear resistance, resulting in a longer service life.
